Photographer & Client Contract

Before we officially reserve your date, I will send you a contract to complete and sign.

This ensures we’re on the same page about session details, payment, and delivery.

📄 What’s Included in the Contract:

  • Session details & what’s covered
  • Retainer/deposit and payment schedule
  • Cancellation & rescheduling policy
  • Image delivery timeline
  • Usage rights (what you can do with your images)
  • Liability & photographer’s artistic style

Once you’ve signed the contract, I’ll send over your invoice through Square so you can pay the deposit and lock in your session date.

**Important: If the contract isn’t signed before submitting your deposit, the deposit will be considered as your agreement to and acceptance of all terms in this contract. Any questions or concerns regarding this agreement should be addressed prior to submitting the deposit so that any necessary revisions can be made.
